Speedy and Good
I was shocked to find these replacement parts for about half the price as what Sears wanted for what are really inferior parts. These are metal brackets, unlike the original or replacements, which are plastic. This was very easy to install, but I am VERY handy and mechanically inclined, so no instructions or videos needed. It's pretty easy to figure out what goes where and how to remove the old and assemble and install the new.
The only issue I had was that one of the lower retaining clips was missing, but I let Speedy know and their customer service was very quick, pleasant and responsive and are sending me the missing piece asap.
We'll see how these hold up, but I have high hopes given the obviously superior materials used in these parts versus the original. -
GREAT aftermarket replacement part. Easy installation!!
As all the other reviews stated, it is much better than the plastic original to the washer. Speed Appliance delivered quick.
Installation is easier with YouTube as others mentioned (thank you!). The instruction photos are a little too dark to decipher so if you follow you copy and watch the video it's pretty easy.
It's better than before, much more sturdy with replacement kit. -
Rack adjuster works great & installed easily
I ordered this kit as wheel broke off of the original adjuster. The kit was much different than the original but there were fair directions to install the new unit. The instruction pictures where a bit dark but I manage to install the adjusters with out difficulty. The new adjuster fit well and has performed perfectly for 2-3 months now. The replacement adjuster was made with many stainless steel parts rather than the all plastic unit it replaced. I think the new metal adjuster will outlast the rest of the dishwasher.

Better than new
Watched an instructional video from appliancevideo that showed the most difficult part - getting the old parts off without destroying the rack! It's amazing that such a fragile and poorly designed original rack rail could be that tough to get off - luckily the video showed the tricks to get it apart. The new hardware was a piece of cake to re-install and is very solid compared to the original. I should have done this years ago when the first wheel broke loose! There are two different rail designs used on this family of dishwashers (one with bigger wheels than the other) just need to make sure yours looks like the photo, size and shape are easy to tell apart...

Screws and instructions
I think stainless steel screws would be preferable, going to keep an eye on the plated screws provided and will change them when they start to rust. Instruction photos were too dark and very hard to see the details.

Rack was a big improvement over the original version, the instructions were terrible, they need to be replaced with ones that have clear pictures

Good product - poor installation pictures
The product was good, the delivery was good. The installation instructions were OK but the pictures were so dark you could not really see what they were trying to show so the installation took longer than it should have. I did get it installed and it works great.
