dishwasher upper rack replacement
No instructions for getting the old off--look very carefully for slots to slip a small flat screwdriver to open and take apart the old. I had printed instructions with me for the installation of the new. New seems to work well and be sturdy for a long life. Ordered Part Thursday about 6 pm; received new Tuesday regular mail--no extra cost for high speed mail.

Received the adjuster kit quickly and found that it was easy to install after watching a tutorial by Sears on YouTube as, like other reviewers have noted, the pix on the printed instructions are too dark. Haven't had it long enough for 5 stars
So far so good. The replacement kit seems far sturdier than the original wheel set and the OEM type replacement I purchased and failed in less than 2 months. The new kit has a metal bracket the wheel hubs screw i to, not the cheap plastic tabs that snap off so easily. Speedy's customer service team made it right by crediting the amount spent initially toward the new kit and it came out to just a few dollars out of pocket at that point.

I ordered this replacement kit for my dishwasher. It was exactly like the one that broke so it really wasn't a surprise when the replacement broke. I just never expected it to break so soon. Design / material flaw - weakness on a weight bearing stress point. I couldn't be more thrilled with the customer service I received. They sent me a new one made from metal, not plastic, not OEM, and of course it works far far far superior to the original. Almost like having a brand new dishwasher. Thank you!

Great product and easy to install
I needed to fix my Kenmore brand dishwasher as the small round pieces attaching the rack to the rails were breaking off. I ordered this kit and it works perfect. It took right at 25 minutes to install (20 minutes on the first side, 5 minutes on the other side). Easy to figure out how to install, but the instruction print out that came with the kit have very dark pictures and hard to see. Once I figured out the first side, that second side was simple. I would purchase this product again.

Great product & Great Service! I originally ordered the plastic replacement parts - which I was very dissappointed in. I submitted a request for refund and a representative suggested trying these parts instead. So glad they contacted me! These metal parts are the best, so durable. They have solved the problems we've had with this dishwasher since the first year. I will use this company again if I need appliance parts, and I will seek suggestions from their representatives.
