Features:
- Shock absorbing damper rod absorbs the movements of the tub and keeps the washer stable.
- Used on front loading washers.
- Mounts on front of tub.
- Front damper comes with metal bushing inserts at each end, however some models will require removal of the bushing on one end.
- For even wear, the manufacturer recommends replacing all damper rods on your unit at the same time.

Samsung front load dampers
Replaced factory shocks on about a 5 year old washer with these units since they were such a great deal and fairly easy to replace. Washer was banging around at start of spin cycle while clothes were sopping wet. It would attempt to balance load 3-4 times before going into high speed spin. After replacement washer goes straight to high speed spin. Well worth the money to help prevent unnecessary strain on door gasket and internals. Only small drawback was I had to press 2 metal bushings out of the front dampers, but was forewarned that some washers require bushing removal. Easy enough to do and after that small delay everything else bolted up just fine. Very pleased with purchase and for the price I could replace every few years and still be cheaper than one service call.
