Features:

Worked as hoped for
My oven would not heat and after a bit of research, the on-line community was pointing at the heating element as the potential cause. Knowing an appliance repair person would charge well over $200 I thought I'd take the chance on the $20 part. Worked like a charm. If you are a bit handy, you should be able to successfully replace this part.

Mother-in-Law's Stove
Mom's oven hasn't worked for a couple of years. After husbands death this spring, I heard the need and made the repair. Had trouble getting the old part out, but the new one went in without a hitch. Mom is Happy and I earned Brownie Points. She made me some Brownies as well.

We had a problem with the first part so Jim was in touch with me to replace the part with no questions asked after explaining what happened. To me customer service is the most important because who wants to play around with small things when you have a major appliance broke down. Jim just made my life so much easier and I appreciate it.

Just installed it and it worked fine. Can't beat the price. If it only lasts 6 months you can't lose out. Should have bought 2 but had to make sure it was the correct part.
