no appliance experience but i decided to try fixing my dryer myself.. was making grinding noises and some occasional squeaking. watched a couple research videos online and it was fairly simple to replace the bearing and rear support assembly.. the old one had no lubrication left and the ball bearing was locked in place, shaft had grooves worn into it, ect.. also had to reattach my exhaust air fan inside the housing. was loose making some noise as well. new parts were just as good as old or better at a great price.. came fairly quick too as the company name indicates..
