    Very pleased with both the quality and very excellent price! My washer quit spinning at the end of the wash cycle, and clothes were soaked. Easy fix and fit exactly like it was supposed to. Washer is like new again. Thank you

    Fast shipping. Product exactly as described. Easy to install although no instructions included. Also did not include a packing slip.
    Product has a strong electrical fire smell. No fire yet so hoping it's just some oil burning off the product.

    on install - u should know that u can go thru the top of the washer - and that you do not have to pull the rubber boot out to access old, and install new.

    Was skeptical about online part ordering but as I read in the other reviews they did deliver it it took about 3 days but the part work fine.
